Scripture Analysis

Between the resurrection and the ascension, the Apostles are hiding in the upper room awaiting the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit gave Peter courage which is important because Peter feared what would happen to him. He even denied Jesus 3 times in fear of being crucified along with Him. This lets us know that God had a plan to get the Apostles to act. Not just preach, but to baptize and teach others how to live a life of holiness.
